Message from Parks and Wildlife Swan Coastal District. 

The QR code is the best option as the volunteer scans the code with their phone camera and it takes them to an online form where they enter their details and how many volunteer hours they will be doing (a close estimate of how long they are anticipating they will be there is fine). This could be done as they are driving in or at a sign in table, etc. 

The estimated volunteer hours for this project is 5 hours per volunteer. The DBCA / PWS project number is 8.2.47.
