Linked is the PWS205 registration form for any volunteers who would like to formally register with DBCA and accrue volunteer hours for our recognition and awards programs. This option is great for regular volunteers who work on multiple days throughout the year or on more than one project, however it is not practical for volunteers who assist once a year; however, any of the regular volunteers or those who are interested in getting more involved as it also adds them to our mailing list for other volunteer opportunities that arise.  It can be printed and handed to them and then sent to us at a later date or emailed to them. It must be signed by a Project Supervisor.
